Prince Siegfried slays a dragon, claiming its gold, which is cursed by the Nibelungs, and falls for Brunhild (Kristanna Løken), the Valkyrie Queen. The King’s advisor Hagen (Julian Sands) steals the treasure with black magic, making Siegriend turn his devotions to Kriemhild (Alicia Witt), as the curse spins a web of betrayal and greed.
